This is a nice shop, but, though my children were spending their own money to buy yarn, were "frowned at" and not given service. I got the feeling that this is a non-child friendly store.

Service is not good at this shop, I have heard more than a few horrible customer service stories. They actually refused to order yarn for a sweater project my friend was working on because they disagreed with her choice of yarn type.

Wow, this is a great shop!!! Everyone has always been more than friendly to me here as well as willing to help me with any questions I might have. It's one of my favorite shops!!!!

I love this shop! They have great, classic yarns and tons of books. The only negative... it's dark, the lighting is terrible. But the people working there are always willing to let you take the yarn out into natural light to get a better look. Once upon a time the staff was not very knit-knowledgable but that has definitely changed.

This is my home away from home! The staff has always been friendly and very helpful. I've been shopping there for at least three years and it's my "go-to" shop. Plus they have coffee and cookies in the back of the store for hungry shoppers!
