The selection is great, but the service is non existent. Sales staff are rude, owner is rude, and good luck getting someone to help you with a knitting problem. I would rather drive another 60 miles to avoid this poorly managed shop.

Very poorly managed shop. Staff may or may not have knitting knowledge, they refuse share that knowledge or help even with a purchase. Very difficult unpleasant people to deal with.

This shop is the worst and rudest knitting shop I have ever
been in. Staff has no very little knitting knowledge and what they have they don't want to share. I would go miles
out of my way rather than go there.

The most customer UNfriendly shop I have ever been in. Definitely needs a change in management and staff to make this shop one that I would ever go into again.

The people at this place are so incredibly rude! I was completely shocked at how they treated my Grandmother. I will never ever shop here again. I recommend you find some other place to shop as well. And don't take your elderly relatives here either - the older the customer, the ruder the employee. I've never seen such nastiness at a retail shop!

This was the coldest yarn shop I've ever been in and very expensive as well. I don't think I'll be back any time soon. It's too bad that the original owner of years back is not still around - use to be a fun place to visit.

I don't know who wrote these comments. They are totally inaccurate. I have shopped there many times and it's a great shop. Huge selection of yarns, very helpful staff. As far as prices, they are comparable to all other yarn shops around and online. Perhaps this person only shopped at Walmart and Michaels.
