Great location, not enough yarn to really get any for a sweater project, etc. Owner nice, just have not maximized their potential. I think their emphasis is on framing and some small bits of needlework. Just smidges of things really.

The staff are very friendly, but the selection is not very wide. Also, as mlw459 said, they often don't have enough of any one yarn to get going on a sweater or other sizeable project.

So sad. This shop is closing after many many years in Decatur. I wish I had supported them more but maybe this closure is for the best as the stock levels have been really low over the past year.

Well maybe if we all stop shopping at WalMart, if we could all be willing to pay a little bit more... then we could have lys with knowledgeable people.
