Notes
Nangellini carries traditional wools and a large array of unusual novelty and recycled yarns, including recycled yarns from sari garments which are handspun in Nepal, organic and recycled cottons, soy silk, bamboo and more.
Nangellini also stocks needles and notions, books and lots of sale items all the time. Great store for free formers as well as traditional knitters and crocheters. Custom requests and orders are welcomed.
Knitting and Crochet circles are Tuesdays 6-9PM and Sundays 3-6PM
Credit and Debit cards are welcome, as well as phone orders and gift certificates

My favorite LYS in Philly. Wonderfully helpful staff, lovely luscious yarns. Good sale section up front, I can never leave the store without buying something new, even if I've just stopped in to show the store to another local knitter.

When you get tired of the typical yarn selection at other stores, check out Nangellini. The stash here is phenomenal! Choosing one of the novelty yarns at this shop is a great way to give a favorite pattern a unique flair. If you go to any of the circles and watch Nancy zip through one of her colorful freeform creations, you'll be inspired to start your own. A colorful atmosphere and a fun place to meet other crafty people.

This is a great yarn store! Nancy has assembled a collection of interesting, fun, and fabulous yarn. Different but not bizarre, with wonderful knitted samples that make your fingers itch to start a new project immediately. There are also a terrific array of little items like stitch markers, and marker holders that are different and cute and highly desirable. Nancy couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. I was only in town for the day, but sure wish that this was my local yarn store! Check it out.

Today I shopped in your shop along with 4 other friends . We enjoyed ourselves very much. The gentleman who took care of us was wonderful. We all love all the yarn. We all came from Margate NJ & will come back again some time soon. Anyone who knits this store is a must see.
