Mt. Laurel Yarn Boutique is located in historic Sturbridge, MA at 440 Main Street, only 2 miles away from the Massachusetts Turnpike and Interstate 84.
Our store houses a wonderful assortment of yarn ranging from natural to synthetic fibers. We carry yarn fibers from Louet, Plymouth, Lamb’s Pride, Takhi, Noro, and a large selection of hand-dyed wools. In addition we have a large selection of books, designs, and patterns from Plymouth, Fiber Trends, Yankee Knitter, Bergere de France, Noro, Knitting Pure and Simple, Black Pearl, and Ann Norling.
We offer classes during the weekend and weekdays with our friendly, hip, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. If you find yourself in a knitting bind, do not hesitate to stop by for some advice or to sit, relax, and knit in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Even if you are a new knitter, or have never picked up a pair of needles before, we are here to advise and get those needles clicking!
Available to our non-knitting customers we offer a vast array of beautiful Polish pottery imported from Poland. As a compliment to our knitters and non-knitters is a delicious assortment of Stonewall Kitchen products including jams, cooking sauces and hand lotions, to name a few, plus lovely flower arrangements by Kristen.

VERY nice experience! Had toys & a quiet place for my son to play while I indulged in oodles of yarn. Nice variety & terrific customer service!!! Very helpful & taught me different knitting methods. Definitely worth another visit!! Web site doesn't do the place justice.

A wonderful place that has a great sitting area. Very easy to find, Friendly people, tons of yarn. Can't wait to go back.
