A wonderful store: light, bright, welcoming, filled with great yarns, patterns, beads, buttons--everything you need (or want!) Joanne is very warm and welcoming, can help three people at once without being frantic or anyone feeling put off (must be all those years of classroom teaching!). I just wish I lived closer so I could stop in once a week.

I purchased yarn while on vacation. I decided I wanted to do a different project with the yarn and did not have enough and I had thrown away my label. I called and Joanne was able to locate my purchase and mailed me extra. I spoke to her on Mon at 10:30 and received the package on Tuesday at noon.
Thanks for making my project.

Hey Joanne, it is Audrey from Bradford Knit Camp. Are you going this July?

Good god . . . It's my hometown knitshop (one where I teach and knit) I haven't rated it. Can't say enough nice things about the shop or Joanne. The shop has one of the best selections of Cascade 220 that I've seen, several types of sock yarn, as well as an extensive supply of Debbie Bliss and Dalegarn yarns. There are many different varieties of more specialized yarns - just want to soak myself in the Jojoland Cashmere - and needles galore. The classroom is well lit, but it's a little hard to concentrate when I am staring at more yarn . . . that and the good conversations going on. Sit and Knits are Tuesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:30 and Thursday mornings from 10:00 to noon.

This store is closed Sun and Mon, but it was worth the trip back. Friendly lady, not intrusive, allowed me to wonder on my own. Found some good bargoons. Good selection of yarns, looked through the books, and saw a couple I hadnt heard of. As well, the store has a good selection of beads and findings. Would definitely go back if I vacation in that area again.

Do you carry Flounce yarn? If so please let me know if it is available and in what colors.
Thank you.
