I arrived soon after the shop opened on a beautiful Saturday morning in June. The woman who was working could not have been more lovely and told me about all the farmers' markets in town as well as showing me the yarns that are made locally. I really like this shop.

I visited Missoula for the weekend, and visiting this shop was the highlight of my weekend. I visited on a Saturday afternoon, and the weekly knitting group was beginning to assemble, and they were the nicest group of ladies. I wish I lived here.
This is a wonderful store, in a very beautiful old building with great architecture. The selection of yarns is scrumptious. They have some local yarns as well, which I was looking forward to seeing.
They had a very nice range of inventory, many, many colourways had enough stock to do a larger project. There was a nice selection of books. They even had some items knit up for display, with packages put together with the required yarn and pattern for the project.
The owner and employee were very nice and welcoming. The employee was an older lady, and boy, did she know knitting, and loved to share her knowledge. I would have loved to talk to her for hours. This is one of the best yarn stores I've ever visited, and wish I could move it to where I live.
