If you visit the shop's website (http://www.dicori.it/Enghlish/indexeng.php) and print the discount card you'll get a 10% off your purchase.
The staff are usually very nice and helpful.
As always in an Italian LYS, it is better to ask permission before touching the yarn.
In this shop they'll always let you touch it (I've spent hours there and I touched practically everything), but asking is very much appreciated nonetheless.
Brands they carry: Grignasco, Laines du Nord, Ornaghi Filati, Martifil, Borgosesia, Lana Gatto and others.
They usually keep a couple of basket with discounted yarns. One is cheap acrylic, but you can find a good bargain in the others.
Have a look at the mezzanine, it's full of yarn. They won't let you go up there, but will gladly bring down whatever you may interested in. There's plenty of laceweight yarn up there that you wouldn't notice otherwise.
They also have magazines, knitting needles and crochet hooks, crochet thread, cross stitch kits, moulinè thread, yarn swifts.

When you go to the website, it looks like a lingerie store? I will be in Rome in a couple of weeks, and am hoping to locate a yarn shop that carries Italian yarn I could not get elsewhere.
Best choice for that?

I really enjoyed my visit last year. Only problem is the 106 bus that goes there. It's tiny and I had to wait for ages for one that had 2 free spaces for my daughter and me. Also although the service was good I asked in vain for bamboo needles.
