A cozy neighborhood shop, beautifully outfitted with hand-crafted containers for yarn on the walls. Lots of classes and a welcoming atmosphere. Coffee available. Monthly sock night and a "Pajama Jam" on occasional Saturdays.

The staff make the difference at the Lamb. Overall, I've had very positive experiences here and I always leave with something. Although it's not the largest shop in town, they have a great yarn selection and cool stitch markers.

I love the Lamb Shoppe! The staff is downright awesome, helpful, friendly. I also like that there isn't any pressure to buy things, even though I usually do.

At the Lamb Shoppe you walk in and just want to sit down and knit with other knitters. It feels like your living room except they have an awesome amount of supply, just in case you should run out of yarn. Everybody working in the store is so friendly. No sale pressure at all just the common love for yarn. I love that they will put yarn on hold for you and that the store is open so late, sometimes to my luck even after store hours. Their coffee is really good too!

Staff was so helpful- my project wasn't knitting at all, by simply needing yarn for stitching and embroidering a wedding gown. They helped me flesh out my ideas with textures and materials (silk yarn!) that I'd never even thought of.

Excellent Shop, great location, never any pressured to buy, comfortable chairs, good light, Love the Pajama Jam! We always include this shop on our group Yarn Crawls through Denver.

I have often found that the staff at this shop really doesn't know the difference between Aran and DK. Rarely have I been waited on in the shop and the last time I was there, it was a complete mess. I wouldn't recommend this shop.

This msg is for the anonymous lady that walked out of the shop , You must be a very unhappy person, and not very likeable. The shop has such GREAT ENERGY that if you are like this lady, (NEGATIVE ENERGY) you will be repelled like a irritating bug.

I loved this shop!! I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I took a day class there. I wish I lived closer so I could visit it more often.

I received the most genuine and warmest welcome I have EVER received in any shop(yarn or other type)in my entire life while visiting this shop on vacation. The shop is gorgeous and set up well and I was welcome to sit and knit to my hearts content. This shop deserves a visit and your business. I would be a "regular" if I lived in Denver.

LOVE this place and the people in it! This is the Tattered Cover Bookstore of yarn shops - large tables and comfy chairs surrounded by beautiful, colorful fiber. The staff and other knitters are so helpful and friendly - this is where I come when I need a lift, the vibe is wonderful.

The Lamb Shoppe is PHENOMINAL!
Everything you wanted in a yarn shop and then some. I can't think of anything that I would want added to the place.
Classes, tools, equipment, books, magazines, Espresso machine, plenty of non-crowded seating, and more.
Crocheters are welcome.
The owners and staff are so very helpful, and really do go above and beyond. Got a question, stumped, the customers, or staff will gladly give you a hand.
There is an ice cream shop next door, and next to that is a bakery, and across the street is a Domino's, and another pizza place. Drug store next to that, if you have a hankerin' for something to snack on.
Cold drinks are avaliable in the refrigerator, and they are more than happy to make you your favorite espresso drink.
The atmosphere and ambiance are better than home--no spouses or children to interrupt you!
The layout of the store just asks you to wander around.
Let's not forget the window displays--too cute, and changed often to keep your interest. Great job there!!!
I can't recall seeing customers leave annoyed, or upset--except for the fact that they have to leave the store. And maybe being upset that the store isn't closer to where they live, so they could visit it more often!
Many people come from around the country (and world--I know of Australians who regularly come), to just visit and get in some good visitin' and shoppin'.
