This is one of the most disorganized stores I've seen. Yarn is piled onto shelves by type, yes, but just because there's a shelf of worsted-weight wool by Plymouth here, doesn't mean that the adjacent shelf will be worsted, wool, or Plymouth. There's half-empty bags of yarn lying on the floor everywhere, too. The messiness isn't crucial, but a bit off-putting because it's hard to find things.
Also -- and this is a deal-breaker for me -- there was no laceweight yarn in the store besides the mohair varieties.

Yep, it's messy, but the lady there was really helpful. And the "regulars" made you feel welcome, and not like an intruder on their knit time.
