Fantastic shop! Lots of yarn, some really fancy stuff that I wish I could justify the expense for. Bought several skeins despite already having more yarn than projects. The staff was great, very accommodating (I was wish my 2 y/o) and had a few regulars knitting in the back that were also very friendly. I don't think I could live close to this shop for fear for my bank account and my time. If you haven't been and are in the area, just GO!

Wonderful shop, great staff. I visited with a friend for their weekly "Sit & Knit" gathering, and walked away with inspiration, patterns, and some wonderful yarn. The swatches and samples are great for inspiration. I agree it would be a dangerous place to live too close to, but it's a wonderful place to visit.

Located in a strip mall, I was a bit hesitant to enter but it was a hidden gem to discover. A well-sized store with some of the most friendly yarn shop staff I've ever encountered. The whole store exuded zen. The rows of shelves of yarn drew you in to explore all the colors and textures. They also had a great selection of notions, hooks and needles and a good selection of books and patterns.
The store also has a table in the back for classes. While I was there, a knitting class was going on. The teacher was so patient and was explaining things in a way that all the students seemed to understand. Seriously - if I lived in Columbus, I would take classes and be at this store all the time. It had such a homey, relaxed and inviting feeling. I felt as though I could have hunkered down in one of the chairs and crocheted or knitted away for hours. It even had a "Crochet Friendly" decal from Interweave Press near the front door. It's a definite must see if you're living in or just visiting the area.

Love this shop! It has the best selection and it seems like they're always getting new stuff in. The only thing i did not like was the owner. She was rude to me and to her staff infront of me. I like to freaquent this shop but not when she's there. Sometimes i find that the atmosphere is a little tense but other than that i love this shop, and the staff, other than the owner, i love the staff. They are so helpful and understanding when you ask them questions and they're great to just chat with, when they're allowed to sit down, they're so busy!

Do you still send out newsletters with class calendars? I would like to see when your classes are for the fall and winter.
Thank you, Penny Martin

This is my LYS of choice. I go frequently to browse, hang out with other yarn junkies, get inspiration and knit. In general the atmosphere is friendly, warm and welcoming. Everyone (staff and "regulars") has been very kind to me when I've needed help learning something or getting my project back on track after mistakes. The back table is great for classes, but also ends up being where people help one another, inspire one another or just plain gab.
The yarn selection is so good that I have trouble finding new and exciting yarns while traveling!
