Unfortunatly, this is my closest LYS and while the selection is wonderful, the staff (other than Nancy) is not. I've been treated poorly on more than 1 occasion, most recently at a Super Bowl Sunday special event when I left in tears and vowed never to go back thanks to the guy who was working that day making me feel stupid and worthless. Again, NANCY is wonderful and has always been helpful and kind but she is always so busy it's hard to get to her.

Great selection of wools... not so great selection of non-wool items (am allergic to wool)... and the service is terrible. I've custom ordered over $100 worth of yarn from the store - six months ago. The yarn never arrived, I was never contacted about the order. Nothing. Frequent visits to the store gets me nowhere.
