Small selection. Did not feel welcome there at all. No one asked if they could help me or even spoke to me despite a number of employees there at the time. Will not return.

Great shop! Friendly people!
They wind your yarn purchase into balls -- as part of the service. I recommend going back to the September reviewer.

This is a small, but very bright and nicely laid out, store. I was greeted when I entered and asked if I needed any help. I went in looking for a specific yarn, and the shopkeeper was very accommodating. She showed me everything in the shop that fit my criteria. When I selected something and then changed my mind, I emailed her and she was very polite about arranging for an exchange on the cusp of the 7-day exchange period. It was, overall, a very nice experience.
Product-wise, I highly recommend the birch needles. They're fantastic!

This is a great little shop. The owner, Lynn Coe, couldn't be nicer or more helpful. There's an open knit night, when you can just go, hang out and knit or crochet, with no obligation to purchase anything. The atmosphere is bright and cheerful and for such a small space, the selection of yarns is amazing. Plus - if you don't find what you need, Lynn will order it for you. The atmosphere is so welcoming that people just go to hang out there even when there isn't an open knit night. I highly recommend this shop.
