Not a very welcoming place. Owner (Susan) is very rude, both to the customers in the shop as well as complaining about customers after they leave or hang up phone. Not patient in helping others. Website info is incorrect (hours, etc.) and has been for well over a year. Prices charged are often much higher than what is labeled on the bins. Nice selection of yarn, but not worth the aggravation. Will find other lys or do my shopping online.

Went here a couple of times in the last few months. Very surprised at the lovely selection available outside of NYC. Owner was outgoing, friendly and very helpful. Will be shopping here often this summer when up at our country house.
