This was an unexpected find and what a delight. Travelling with an 8 year old girl is a challenge in many yarn stores, but Erica welcomed us with open arms and we luxuriated in the selection of yarns, lots of which I had only read about. Incidentally my little companion is quite the knitter
A great store and experience, highly recommended

We visited Jerome today, and this shop and Erica were definitely one of the highlights! Her samples were beautiful, and I found myself wanting to make every one my next project. I finally settled on a scarf that used a new stitch for me--the cross-stitch. Erica took the time to show me how the stitch is made, and gave me several suggestions for other projects that could incorporate this stitch. It's a lovely shop, and well worth a trip!

A surprizingly large inventory and buffalo! The yarns are arranged by color. It's a beautiful shop and well worth the visit. The LYSO is friendly and knowledgable - an accomplished knitter and designer;)

This cozy little store is filled with gorgeous yarns and inspiring samples, all arranged by color families and lit to maximum advantage. They have a limited but still lovely selection of spinning fiber, and a corner filled with a small treasure trove of beads and beading supplies. The top-notch yarns are pricy, but not any more than they would be elsewhere, and there are some good, less-expensive yarns (like Sockotta!) as well.
The owner was pleasant and helpful without being overly aggressive in her salesmanship.
All together, shopping here was a positive experience and I look forward to an opportunity to go back!

What a delightful surprise in this cute little town! Visiting from Oregon, my guides weren't into yarn, so I couldn't stay as long as I would have liked. My advice to you is to send your friends off to other things and then you can stay for hours! I was entirely caught up in the lush, rich colors and the fabulous knitted samples! Erica was lovely and encouraging! This shop is definitely a must if your travels bring you anywhere near - a new favorite for me!

This shop is fantastic. The woman who keeps it is so sweet and she has such a wonderful collection of yarns- from locally handspun fibers to Kauni Effectgarn. If I lived in the area, I would definitely make a trip to visit regularly!
