Very helpful staff! The classes are excellent and patiently taught. Wonderful and varied yarn selection as well as lots of accessories and patterns for knitting, crocheting, cross stitch and other needle crafts. I haven't used the framing shop, but I've liked what I've seen. If they don't carry something they'll order it for you.
What's very cool is their open knitting and needlework groups. You can just drop in and get help on your project or learn a new technique, all while getting to know knitters and stitchers and teachers.
The store is located in Rockford, MI, in its historic Squires Street Square in a big old red 2 story building. Lots of free parking, restaurants and other kinds of fun shops nearby, right along the Rogue River and the White Pine State Trail (rails to trails).

My husband and I took a drive to Rockford on Saturday. We had a list of yarn shops near Grand Rapids and we really hit the jackpot when we found JT Stitchery. The gal's name was Diana, what a sweetie. There must be something about knitters...we just connected. She was so helpful, she took my patterns and helped me find just the right yarn. Their selection is amazing. They have several items displayed from the yarn, it was so helpful to visualize the end results. We will be going back for more yarn soon!! Great experience...
