Jeny Originals Yarns & Handwovens is home to the "Wyoming Collection" of exclusive hand dyed natural fiber yarns based on the colors in the Wyoming landscape. These yarns are unique and high quality, originating primarily in the mills of Europe, Canada and the Western United States. The fiber content primarily consists of alpaca, angora, cashmere, llama, mohair, seacell, silk, and wool.
We carry other high quality yarns (alpaca, camel, chenille, cashmere, linen, lama, quiviut, possumdown, cotton) that complement The Wyoming Collection. These are suitable for knitting, crocheting and weaving and many are available on the cone or in skeins of various sizes. With few exceptions these are not brand name yarns. Most are obtained directly from the mill, rancher or individual who produced them and would not ordinarily be for sale directly to the public. If you don’t see what you want, ask. We’ll try to track it down for you.
Owner and weaver, Jeny Stoesz, offers individual lessons on floor looms, table looms and triangle looms. Please contact her to begin learning today!
