In my Norwegian enthusiast heart, this place holds a great deal of nostalgia for me. Not a huge variety of yarn, but the only place I can consistently find the Norwegian and Swedish brands that I like. Also, embroidery and stitchery patterns galore!

Years away from my Mpls youth, how delightful to come back some years ago to Ingebresen's for picnic supplies and some special groceries for my folks and find that they've expanded down the block, using a whole 'nother storefront for the fibery goodness! The linen bands for embroidering on, sold by the yard (or inch) are quite a find.
