I called to confirm Hannahs website was current with an item I wanted to buy for xmas presents. Two employees assured me the items I was looking for were in stock and exactly what I was looking for. I placed the order online.
I received the wrong and dirty items. I called immediately, they stood by their policy that states no refund in shipping charges even though I called and confirmed before I ordered. I would have lost $14 on a $33.00 total.
I wrote to the BBB and Hannahs response to the BBB was a falsified document about what I purchased. I have the email they sent me to confirm my order and paper copy that came with the items that also proves that I was mislead in what I was actually going to receive. The order form they sent to the BBB... I have never seen before and it states nothing like what my actual email or paper copy look like.
After receiving my complaint to the BBB Hannahs then did change the picture and labeled it correctly to let consumers know what they are actually going to get.
Hannahs lied to the BBB and falsified documents. Hannahs proved customer satisfaction is LIMITED.

hannah's is kind of a cross between a big box chain store and an LYS. more selection than michaels/joanns, not quite as expensive as an LYS; but the service is like michaels/joanns (can be hit or miss, because they sell so many other things in this store).
