It's a smaller store. Staff can be helpful if it's not busy. Also very little of the inventory is marked with price.

The staff are very helpful. New and interesting yarns, as well as old favorites.

Stopped off here with a couple of friends while doing part of the pre-stitches yarn crawl. We parked in the free city garage across the street and walked over. There were several ladies sitting and knitting which made for a crowded first floor but that's just bad timing. Also bad timing was showing up the two days before Stitches while they were trying to pack stuff to take to Stitches.
Echoing what spitefiresnc said above, not much was marked with a price. That's fine if there's someone around to ask or if you don't care how much things cost but it gets kind of annoying to have to keep asking. If marking each skein isn't an option Mosaic's solution of marking the basket or bin works just as well.
Not a good store to bring kids too, because it's crowded and there's a bunch of breakables on the second floor.
The selection was spotty. They had stunning cashmere and Encore and Art Yarn but there didn't seem to be a focus.
