Located in the beautiful Gaspereau Valley of Nova Scotia, we supply natural fibres and equipment for knitters,spinners, weavers, felters and dyers. We have a great selection of Canadian, organic, and local handpainted yarns and fibres. Hours vary in summer.

I drove several hours today to visit this shop. Well what a waste of time. The staff treated my wife and I as if we were not in the room. Totally ignored and getting more pissed by the minute, we broused thru the store in less than 10 minutes,then waited 15 more too pay for our stuff.Quite the place if you are an old busy body with nothing better to do than gossip about every thing under the sun. To bad you can't get any info on the wool she sells.Worst yarn store I have ever been to...and I have been to alot!!

I quite enjoyed my visit to this store. The folks are friendly yet respectful of your space to allow you to browse without intrusion. There is a sheep pen just outside of the small barn, and when you walk in, you are assaulted with gorgeous oranges and warm colors from the wood that the owners have used to decorate this shop. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this shop for more reasons that the wool.

I have really enjoyed my experience at this store! I come in kinda unprepared, but ready to buy yarn, and I find the staff is very helpful & patient with me, which I really appreciate. I have no complaints really. The selection of yarn (among other things) is very good, as well. They were very accommodating to me seeking affordable yarn. I find the location is easy to find, even as an Out of towner. The person I came with even enjoyed the cat, which kept quiet company. I can't wait for my next visit.
