Store is too overpacked with yarns, disorganized, slightly unfriendly; not enough space to walk around comfortably; multiple same yarns. My overall rating is a 2.

This is the place to go for obscure yarns that were discontinued a year ago. The staff are very nice, but I do second the idea that the shop is too overpacked to be entirely comfortable.
ETA: it's not simply being overpacked, it's really that there are stacks of half-opened cardboard boxes on the floor, which gives you the unpleasant feeling that if you can't find what you're looking for, it might be because it's there but just not unpacked yet. Regardless, again, it's a lovely store and the staff are very nice.

Love, love, love this shop and the folks who run it! Friendly, always helpful, and generous with their time and know-how. If some find the shop uncomfortable because it's small and packed with a huge variety of yarn, I find it cozy and intriguing to poke around and discover great treasures. My overall rating is a whopping 10!

Love this shop. Very friendly. Even the customers that the shop attracts are special.
