This place has excellent yarns, great sales, and the most incredibly helpful people working there. Too many stores are happy to sell you yarn, but not happy to help with the process after that. They've been there for me, helpnig me finish socks and necklines of sweaters.

Unbelievably snooty, rude owners and staff. As there are not many yarn shops in the area, I have really tried to like this shop. But I've given up on it.

Great selection. Prices a little high. They were always friendly and helpful with me when I lived in the area and would frequent the store. But I can see that some would think they were snooty ... did overhear a staff member on the phone with a customer saying "you should probably just go to michaels then"

Very sorry to hear bunnypooper had some problems with the shop. I have been going there for years and find the shop very friendly and helpful. Elaine is incredible and a wealth of knowledge; she is always willing to help you with any and all problems you are having, as well as the rest of the staff.

I've had an experience close to that of bunnyhopper's... and I've been in three times. I tried. I've never met the owner, but the staff was rude and dishonest. The product is a little pricier, but I attributed that to the location of the previous store.

I've heard it's improved somewhat since the move.

I have been going to Fashion Knit for the past 5 years and I have received great service and support in my yarn purcashes and receiving help on my projects. Elaine and Kay
are wonderful resources and helpful. This store has a great selection of beautiful yarns and some may be a little high but I feel that it's worth supporting this store because of the convenience and the knitting tips that I receive. There are not many yarn stores and resources in the area and Fashion KNit fills an important need. They have been great and I will continue to patronize their store! :)
