I am actually reluctant to give any stars at all except for the selection which is available elsewhere in Paris. When I arrived there were two women serving, both spoke english, but were nothing short of rude when I asked for help and when at one stage I reached to take some yarn one of them stamped her foot at me. Most, if not all of the yarns are available at Bon Marche. I wouldn't return, it was a truly unpleasant experience.
