Good selection, friendly service. I just really wish this place wasn't so darn small and that the hours open were more accessible to those of us who work during the day.

The one reason I don't mind going to the dentist - I can visit this place on the way home.

I've been to this store twice and I must be missing something...on both occassions the woman working there was incredibly rude. I've heard from a friend she had the same experince.

I have been visiting this store for about a year, as it is a convenient location for me. But, each visit yeilds great yarn, but the worst customer service in Des Moines. I will order my yarn on line in the future, or go out to Jordan Creek!
