A very big store.
They sell yarn in cones for knitting machines as well as skeins for hand knitting.

Brands carried: Sandilane, Mondial, Ornaghi Filati, Sesia, Raqama, Coats Cucirini, Freccia, Vimar, Alessandra Filati, Ixia, Lane Borgosesia, Filatura di Crosa, Lora Festa, Biella Yarn, Lana Gatto.

They also have magazines and books (basically stitch dictionaries), knitting and crochet supplies and haberdashery.

Opening hours can be different from what it's stated on their website.
I myself went a couple of times and found them closed when they were supposed to be open, so I strongly recommend to give them a call to be sure they are open when you want to go.

As for now, these should be the opening hours:
Monday-Friday: 09:00 AM - 01:00 PM
04:00 PM - 07:30 PM
Saturday: Closed
They could be different during the winter.

Better to check on their website and/or phone to be sure they're open!
And be aware that Italian yarn shops tend to stay closed in August, sometimes the whole month!
