Opened in late 2011, this small but welcoming shop in the small but vibrant downtown business district in Port Angeles is worth the trip for all fiber lovers! Stock includes a great variety of yarns and roving from local hand-dyers, as well as supplies for every kind of spinning, knitting, and crochet project. Friendly staff and customers, colorful yarnbombed sculptures outside the shop, and a weekly Knit Night on Thursdays make Cabled Fiber Studio a great addition to the local crafts scene.

I just stopped in at Cabled Fiber for the first time last week, and it's already one of my favorite shops! The staff is really friendly, they have a nice selection of local yarns and indie dyers, and you can get almost any color of Cascade 220 there, too. I'll definitely be visiting them whenever I'm in town.
