One of my favorite places to spend money and time. The staff and owner Dianne are great, friendly and helpful. I'm lucky enough to live within a few miles of Apple Valley. It's a great place to hang out, check out the large selection of yarn, books and patterns.

though it looks small on the outside, it packs quite a wallop on the inside! their yarn selection is pretty expansive for such a small store. here’s a sample of JUST SOME of their sock yarns: berroco sox, berroco metallic, shibui, jitterbug, mal, claudia’s handpaints, cherry tree hill, regia, aslan trends, plymouth happy feet, mountain colors bearfoot, schaefer ‘anne’, brown sheep wildfoote, and a bunch MORE!
their notions wall is pretty delicious, too. they have kollage square DPNs, hiya hiyas, purse handles, addis, etc.
for their other weights, i'm sure they have some gorgeous stuff too, but i was too busy drooling over their sock yarns...lol
extra bonus: there's an honest to goodness bakery next door! 'nuff said.
