Ann who owns the shop is a fantastic lady. She handdyes a some silk yarn and kid-mohair. Excellent service, and a lot of wonderful yarns. A must when visiting Stockholm. She has high quality yarns, and fantastic knitted items to browse with special patterns. Not so many patternbooks. The Noro-shop i Stockholm, but also Östergötlands ullspinneri, with one of Swedens best yarns. She is primary a weaver, but have great young and skilled girls helping her to knit up patterns. She chats happily. A very friendly and great LYS!

The lady who runs this shop is lovely. I bought SEK700 worth of yarn, she didn't have enough change in the till so she ran out to a nearby cake shop and bought some cakes in order to get change for me!
She has a really lovely range of Swedish yarn, including Gotland single-ply laceweight sold by weight - she will wind of however much you need. This yarn comes in beautiful graduated colours, I bought one with just natural colours, greys and cream, and another with black, grey and red. I also bought some 4-ply in two different shades of grey, also Swedish.
She has a variety of other yarns, including some Danish and Norwegian yarns. And there's a table in the middle of the shop with lots of lovely samples.
I didn't have time to go to many yarn shops in Stockholm as I only had a couple of hours and it was pouring with rain! But this one is right in the old town and has some great Swedish yarn - perfect for a yarn tourist like me.
