This store is ran by 4 very personable and knowledgeable women. They offer a lot of classes and the teachers for the classes are great.

I was in this store a couple months ago. I was completely ignored by the employees. I was not greeted or offered assistance. I then stood at the counter with my purchase for 7 minutes (I watched the time on the cash register) before I left. In all fairness to the employees, they were dealing with a "crisis"...the coffee machine was not working. I loved their selection and the sample projects inspired me, but I don't appreciate being ignored.
