This is one of my favorite yarn stores as they have a wonderful selection of yarns and notions. The people there are also really helpful and cheerful. Their prices are also a bit better then some of the other stores in the area.

Another great shop with a great selection of yarn and classes. The staff are also very knowledgeable and helpful.

A delightful shop! Wonderful displays and selection. The staff were fun and obviously enjoying themselves and their work. I plan on returning to this shop when in the area.

A great yarn store full of more yarn than you could knit in a lifetime. Acorn St. has a nice balance between basic (timeless), "workhorse" wool and elegant, creative yarns. Good selection of books, patterns and equipment, and I agree that the staff is cheerful and friendly. They ask you if you need help, and if you don't, they leave you alone. I always make sure to make at least one stop here when I'm in town!

This store was really cute. It had a lot of variety in the yarn they sell. They also sell provisions for needlepoint. The staff was, indeed, quite friendly. They also sold adorable mugs with little sheep on them.

Just visited here and was so glad I did! They have an amazing selection of yarn, and even one I've been sad to not find in the twenty six shops I've visited in the past 3 months. Though they were low on the color ways of it, they had it!
I don't think I've ever seen so many colors of Cascade 220! The staff was friendly and they really seem to be glad to be there.
I hope to visit again, and if I ever lived in Seattle, this would be a perfect LYS.
