Me and my mother come into your store often and we love the service we recieve from you. You are all very friendly and pleasant people to be around. I also wanted to ask have you gotten in the lacey looking yarns yet? I know that everyone has been on back order and was wondering if they've came in. I look forward to seeing you gals soon. Thanks for being the most pleasant people we've met lately.

Only one concern - make sure you really WANT what you buy, because they will give you store credit but not a refund. I bought a fair amount, then bought a fair amount more, then wanted to return the first lot, and only was given a store credit. If I had thought to bring the first lot back when I bought the second, it would have been OK. Now I have a big (more than $100) store credit to use up. I don't knit enough to make this a good deal.

I want a sock yarn colors: orange, red, yellow and black. If you have something with the first three colors, I could add a row of black. Do you have anything like that?

I bought cotton yarn from you for a vest, lime and aqua. Remember? It turned out nice.

I stopped at this store and had a delightful time. The people working at the store were very friendly and helpful. The shop has wonderful lighting and wonderful yarns including many not carried at my (regular) local yarn shops so it made for an even better shopping experience.

I would definitely stop by when I am in the area again!

I have had mixed results with service. When entering the store with a project in mind and specific gauge questions, most have been very happy to help.

They have a broad selection of yarn types and materials compared to other local shops, which includes felting wool, cotton, sock yarn, baby-softs and of course an occasional blend.

The shop also offers both beginner and intermediate classes, though I've yet to attend either.

It's not exactly a "hip" place for us younger crafters, but I've encountered much worse!

I went into the store to browse after a stressful day and was enchanted by the kind reception and compliments I received about a sweater I was wearing which was not from their yarns. The owner was there and she was really helpful and very nice. She offered me a discount at the register and was not dismissive when I mentioned that I rarely can attend the great classes they offer due to distance, it is about an hour from my home and I would go back tomorrow, in fact, I think I will.

I have been to this store several times and everytime I have gotten the best service possible every lady that has waited on me has been very polite and helpful. I just won't deal with another yarn shop in Bay City.

I had the same experience with clerk on the telephone most of the time and uninterested in my needs. Did not seem to enjoy job. Will find other shops in the area.

The person who waited on me was not friendly. She talked on the phone more than she waited on her customers. Not impressed, I will not be back.
