I really like this store. Not too big and not too small. I learned to knit at this store several years ago & have since taken several of their classes. They offer a very wide variety of classes & products. I would definitely recommend this store to any knitter.

This is one of my favorite stores. The staff is very friendly. I love the location. The choice of yarns, classes, patterns, buttons, bags, etc. is awesome!! I highly recommend this shop.

I stopped by this shop in Old Town Littleton recently and enjoyed my visit. I would say that they have a good selection and are very, very friendly. One of the nicer yarn shops I visited while in the area. Cute shops in the area to also peruse while there. I will go back next time I am in Boulder/Denver.

I work and teach classes at A Knitted Peace, so of course it's one of my favorites. It's a pleasure to be able to work at AKP. I feel very lucky.

Charming and wonderful little shop. I have taken a class here before and it went very well. The staff is pleasant and always seemed happy to help you find a project or yarn. So darn helpful!

To the anonymous snake. You have posted to every yarn store site except you somehow left out your spurious venom from Purls. Hmmmmmm? Intrigue.

A Knitted Peace was one of the first stores I visited when I moved to Colorado several years ago. The felt furniture and bags displayed by the front door got me involved in knitting. Even though I live in Parker, I don't mind the drive, it's worth it! I love old town Littleton and enjoy visiting this yarn shop very much. The Savory Spice Shop around the corner is great too!

Agreed. A Knitted Peace is the best knitting shop in the metro area. A very nice place to shop and browse.

I enjoyed visiting this shop again on my most recent visit to the Boulder area. It is a bit of a haul from B. but I find it worth it every time! I found a number of good patterns there, one of which I am in the middle of knitting right now(sweater). I also picked up some fabulous Alpaca, for a song, from their sale bin and just have to felt the bag I knit from it a bit before I do the "finishing" stuff. I'll go by again when I am there just after Labor Day. You should try to visit if you are in the area!

I love this shop. I could spend hours in this shop. It is worth the 1 hour drive from my house.

This is a wonderful shop, with a beautiful variety of yarns and such a happy atmosphere. I wish I lived closer!

I wish this shop were closer to me! Lovely yarn, lovely people, and an open yet cozy feel. Only place I've found that stocks Habu yarns.

This is one of the best organized and atmospheric LYS in the Front Range. I don't make it down there as much now, even though my in-laws live near by. But it's certainly a must-see and must-shop for any serious fiber addict.

I've visited this store twice: the first time was practically a drive-by as I had to be in and out in minutes (this trip yielded some lovely noro) and the second time I was able to linger a lot longer.
The store is great, the selection is splendid.
The only thing that I would mention that's not even really a complaint is: every store I've ever been to will offer to wind your purchases for you. When I asked if this service was offered, I was pointed toward the winders and told to help myself. My friend and I were not familiar with how to use a professional winder & we weren't shown so it was sort of intimidating...
Other than that though -- fantastic location. My sis-in-law lives in Denver so I visit often & I'm sure I'll be back.
